Internship Program
Are you looking for a job in the internet technology business, but don't have all the skills you need?
Our Internship Program may be just what you need!
Students who have completed the academic portion of their studies in web design and/or programming will receive credit towards their Web Development Diploma upon the successful completion of their internship.

Our interns learn side by-side under the professional mentorship of our team of designers, developers, sales and tech support people, domain name, hosting staff and business and tourism experts. You will work in our Busy Design and Development Studio with the northStudio.com team and become intimately involved in the web development business. Almost every aspect of our company's business will help create a solid foundation for your growth and success in the Internet Technologies Industry.
This program is a one-of-a-kind, and ONLY offered by northStudio.com in conjunction with VSBT.

I began the northStudio.com Inc. Web Designer Certificate Program and 6 month Internship in the fall of 2002. I started with basically no web design skills and medium computer skills.
After my courses I had developed web design knowledge and skill in graphic design but it was the Internship that really made the difference. Working right in the office along side people who have been in the business for years was where I gained the most valuable training. The answers to all of my problems were solved with one question to a team member beside or behind me.
After completing my 6 Web Designer Internship I had the knowledge and skill to get a job in the field or start my own business. After being involved in the business and learning what it takes to excel in this field, I decided to take my training to the next level and enrolled in the Web Application Programming Certificate Program and 6 month Programming Internship. After 3 months of courses I began my Programming Internship, working under the instruction of a programmer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Once again anything I needed to know was one question away. By the end of Internship I had learned enough through the training and my own hard work to be offered a job as a Web Application Programmer and Designer with northStudio.com Inc.

This summer I have had the privilege of participating in northStudio.com's Web Design Internship program. I found the northStudio team to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me succeed. During the three-month program I participated in ongoing client projects, designed several sites independently and gained valuable software instruction from skilled professionals.
I highly recommend the internship program - northStudio.com's unique combination of classroom instruction plus practical work experience proved to be a rewarding opportunity and provided a beneficial complement to my collegiate studies.
