Job Ready Skill Building Course
The Victoria School of Business and Technology offers a "Job Readiness" course to give you the skills necessary to re-enter the work force. With today's ecomonimic instability it's important to keep up with current technologies. The Job Ready Skill Building Course was build from the ground up from our Microsoft Certified Office Instructor.
No prerequisites are necessary, however we recommend that our students have a working understanding of the Windows XP or Vista operating systems and a basic understanding of computers including:
- file management (how to properly arrange and store your files)
- keyboarding speed of at least 20 words per minute
The folllowing programs will be covered:
- Word 2003 & 2007 Level 1 - 1.5 days
- Excel 2003 & 2007 Level 1 - 2 days
- Outlook 2003 & 2007 Level 1 - 1/2 day
- PowerPoint 2003 Level 1 - 1 day
Classes are 7 hours long (including a 1 hour lunch break)
5 day course - $2,495.00 + GST
